This year, we celebrate a major milestone in workplace safety, revisit a project that made an impact in the community, and open our doors to those who share our vision for a safer, more inclusive industry.
This certification validates our commitment to protecting our greatest asset: our people.

How Did We Achieve ISO 45001:2018 Certification?

For us, safety is at the heart of everything we do. Everyone working on our projects deserves a safer and healthier workplace, and we work hard to prove that.

As a COR® certified general contractor serving the ICI sector, we continuously strive to create a safer, more efficient, and compliant work environment for our employees, subcontractors, and partners. We are proud to announce that we have successfully achieved ISO 45001:2018 certification, a significant milestone that reflects our commitment to workplace health, safety, and continuous improvement.

ISO 45001:2018 is the international standard for Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (OHSMS).

Achieving ISO 45001:2018 required a rigorous assessment, continuous improvement, and unwavering commitment. Here’s a breakdown of the steps we took:

  1. Development & Refinement of H&S Management System: We aligned our existing safety framework with ISO 45001:2018 standards.
  2. Internal Audit & Gap Analysis: Conducted a thorough internal audit with an external consultant to identify and address potential gaps.
  3. External Registration & Audit Process: Registered under a third-party ISO External Audit provider and successfully completed Stage 1 and Stage 2 audits.
  4. Stage 1 Audit: A one-day document review, including inspections, hazard assessments, and our health and safety management system evaluation.
  5. Stage 2 Audit: A week-long in-depth assessment, including office and site inspections, worker interviews, and system refinements.
  6. Final Certification & Review: After successfully addressing all observations, we achieved full certification following a third-party review.

“This wasn’t just about checking toolboxes – it was about proving that we live and breathe safety every day. That’s what matters most. It’s a team effort towards safety excellence – Vanessa Ruffolo, Project Controls Lead
