How Did We Achieve ISO 45001:2018 Certification?

As a COR® certified general contractor serving the ICI sector, we continuously strive to create a safer, more efficient, and compliant work environment for our employees, subcontractors, and partners. We are proud to announce that we have successfully achieved ISO 45001:2018 certification, a significant milestone that reflects our commitment to workplace health, safety, and continuous improvement.
Achieving ISO 45001:2018 required a rigorous assessment, continuous improvement, and unwavering commitment. Here’s a breakdown of the steps we took:
- Development & Refinement of H&S Management System: We aligned our existing safety framework with ISO 45001:2018 standards.
- Internal Audit & Gap Analysis: Conducted a thorough internal audit with an external consultant to identify and address potential gaps.
- External Registration & Audit Process: Registered under a third-party ISO External Audit provider and successfully completed Stage 1 and Stage 2 audits.
- Stage 1 Audit: A one-day document review, including inspections, hazard assessments, and our health and safety management system evaluation.
- Stage 2 Audit: A week-long in-depth assessment, including office and site inspections, worker interviews, and system refinements.
- Final Certification & Review: After successfully addressing all observations, we achieved full certification following a third-party review.
