Stage one (2020–2021): window replacement, brick repair and re-pointing, and new metal cladding across levels 5, 6, and 7
Stage two (2025–2026): façade restoration and window replacement across the W-400, W-300, and W-200 elevations, levels 3 to 5
New steel sub-girt system, semi-rigid mineral wool insulation, and air and vapour barrier (AVB) system
Two-tone rainscreen cladding system with insulated metal and ACM panels
New aluminum window systems and roof-mounted mechanical enclosures
Localized masonry repairs, lintel replacement, and mortar/grout work
Infection prevention and control measures throughout, with the hospital remaining fully operational
Elevation-by-elevation phased sequencing to keep entrances, deliveries, and hospital services uninterrupted
