58-unit transitional housing complex designed for the cultural and community needs of Canadian Aboriginal communities
Two-storey building on a slab-on-grade foundation, built with pre-engineered wood panels, EIFS, and metal siding
Hollow-core precast interior floor assemblies with mass timber and glulam column elements throughout
Indigenous medicinal and ceremonial botanicals, swales, and a dedicated teaching garden
Communal amenities including a basketball court, multiple bike racks, a covered structure, and outdoor seating
Water elements and a dry riverbed feature of cobble mulch and beach stone
Extensive landscaping — sodding, softscaping, hardscaping, and preserved existing greenery
Fenced perimeter with parking, access aisles, and a dedicated exterior staff area
